Year End Review - Medallia & its customers both achieve great results in 2009
As the end of the year approaches, we've recently had the chance to reflect on how our own year has gone at Medallia.
We're excited our customers have done so well - since 2003, our customers have grown their share prices by 224%, vs. 22% for the S&P 500 overall. It's great to see the quantitiatve results for what we have always known - that a relentless focus on customer experience drives shareholder results.
We're also pleased to announce our own results - our momentum is strong and growing.
- Grew revenue by 38%
- Maintained a 99% renewal rate
- Significantly expanded our customer base
- More than 50% of our deployments in 2009 were global
- Launched new features, including an iPhone application and the Medallia API
